REHEARSAL DINNER  -  WEDDING DINNER  -  SUNDAY BRUNCH 


REHEARSAL DINNER - The Rehearsal Dinner hosted by the Lengkeek family took place at Fairhaven Farm and was catered by Cottage Gourmets.  Shannon's new in-laws had many special touches, including the table runners that Seth's mom Deb made.  The evening was a wonderful beginning to the wedding festivities.

WEDDING DINNER - The wedding dinner was also catered by Cottage Gourmets.  They had a busy weekend!  All of the food was wonderful and received rave reviews. To welcome our many out-of-state guests, the menu reflected Minnesota in various ways.  The wine reduction on the chicken entree option was made with lady slipper, our state flower; walleye fish is a favorite fish found in local lakes; Minnesota wild rice is grown by Native Americans in northern Minnesota; and the beans, tomatoes and apples were all locally grown.

SUNDAY BRUNCH: Wedding guests from out of town were invited back on Sunday for a brunch catered by our good friend and neighbor, Kari. She did a fantastic job and has shared her menu and recipes.
