Strawberry Angelfood Dessert

1 large Angelfood Cake
2 small packages frozen strawberries
2 small packages strawberry gelatin
2 cups boiling water
9 oz. container Cool Whip (or larger)

Dissolve gelatin in water. Add berries and chill 'til syrupy. Fold in half of Cool Whip. Break cake into pieces. Spread half of pieces into 9x13 pan. Pour half of berry mixture over cake pieces.

Make a second layer of cake and mixture.

Chill in frig 'til well set. Serve with remaining Cool Whip dollop 
(and strawberry, if available).
