Sour Cream Coffee Cake

1 c. butter 2 Tbs. sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. sour cream 1 ts vanilla 2 c. sifted flour 1 ts. baking pwd ts baking soda |
Topping c. sugar c. finely chopped nuts ts. cinnamon
Confectioner's Sugar |
Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs, sour cream, and vanilla. Beat well and gradually add sifted flour, baking pwd, and soda. Place half of mixture in buttered 9" spring-form pan (or angelfood pan), and sprinkle with half of topping mixture. Place remaining dough on top and sprinkle with remaining topping.
Bake 350" for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean. Sprinkle confectioners sugar on top while still hot. Cool before cutting.
