Easy Rhubarb Cake Char served this at Book Club, May, 2004
Yellow Cake Mix 3 cups rhubarb 1 cup sugar 1 pint whipping cream
Yellow Cake Mix
3 cups rhubarb
1 cup sugar
1 pint whipping cream
Layer the ingredients in the above order in a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with cool whip.
