Coffee Mug Dessert

  • 1 pkg. Angel food cake mix

  • 1 pkg. Cake of your choice (I used chocolate)

 

Put the two dry cake mixes in a container and shake and stir them up completely.

Mix 1/3 level cup of the dry mix with 3 TBSP water in an ungreased coffee mug.

Cook in microwave for 60 seconds. Cool about 30 seconds and dump out of mug

You can then frost it or add whipped cream, cool whip, whatever.

Dry mix can be kept in refrigerator.
