Wild Rice and Spinach Salad
a favorite salad from Cottage Gourmets


-2 cans Canoe Wild Rice, drained
-3 c. chopped fresh spinach
-1 green onion including some stem, chopped
-1/2 stalk celery, chopped fine
-1/4 c. cranberries, dried sweetened
-1/4 c. mayo
-2 oz. slivered almonds or roasted/salted pumpkin seeds

Mix, chill and serve.
