Bacon (or baconless) Spaghetti lb. bacon 1. Cut up bacon, fry til crisp, remove to drain on paper, save grease. 2. Chop celery and onion, fry in grease til glazed, remove to drain on paper,
discard grease. 3. Combine bacon, celery, onion, tomatoes (cut up), and seasoning in dutch oven. 4. Cook half covered 4-6 hours on low simmer, stirring occasionally. Serve over spaghetti noodles. |
