Walnut Mock Meatballs

3 Large Egss (beaten)
4oz Co-Jack Cheese (Shredded)

1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup Onion (diced)
1 tsp Basil
1/2 tsp Salt
2 cups Herb Seasoned Stuffing Cubes (crushed)
1 cup Walnuts (finely chopped)

Preheat oven to 350
In large mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients.
Shape into meatballs.

Brown the meatballs in a large skillet with a tablespoon of oil.
Place in baking dish.
Cover with BBQ sauce, gravy (vegetarian or otherwise) or leave plain.
Bake for 20 minutes or until warmed through
